Reservation will be confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total price, or a minimum of the price of one night per bedroom reserved.

 For cancellations more than 8 weeks before the date of the reservation the 30% deposit will be retained. For cancellations less than 8 weeks we reserve the right to request payment of the whole balance.
